It’s easy to reset your password with CasaMooda. Here are the following steps that will help you to reset your password.

• • Select “My Account” at the right corner of our homepage.
  • Select “Forgot Your Password?”
  • Enter your registered Username or Email address in the provided box.
  • You will receive a link to create a new password via email.
  • If you cannot locate the email, be sure to check your spam folder.
  • Enter the new password to log into your account.

To change the currency, select the currency type link from the drop down list at the top right hand side of the screen.

CasaMooda offers seasonal sales twice a year. Register for email updates to be notified when our sale starts and when we offer further reductions.

You can buy a CasaMooda gift card in US Dollars (USD) or Lebanese Lira (L.L.) by following these steps:

• • Select GIFT CARD from the top main navigation menu on the website.
  • Select which GIFT CARD you want and click it.
  • Decide whether you would like to purchase a printed or virtual gift card. Printed gift cards are shipped in CasaMooda to the provided address, and virtual gift cards are emailed directly to the recipient.
  • Choose the amount, enter the recipient’s name (and email address for virtual gift cards), include a personal message, and then add the gift card to your shopping bag
  • You will be notified by email as soon as your printed or virtual gift card has been dispatched

To purchase multiple printed gift cards and have them shipped to different addresses, you will need to repeat the purchasing process and pay the shipping charges for each address the printed gift card is sent to.

You will only be charged the face value of the Gift Card or E-Gift card. A delivery charge is added to the gift card if it is to be delivered to a physical address. CasaMooda will not impose maintenance or processing fees.
